CoinMarketAlert (CMA) was founded by Roderick Warren who has been in the blockchain and crypto space since 2011. In 2015, Roderick built and operated until 2017 a 0.5 Megawatt mining farm in Switzerland. During this early stage of the crypto industry, keeping up with new coins and tokens was extremely hard and Roderick found himself spending countless hours on crypto price tracking sites in order to track the market prices of the coins being mined. He thought to himself, that there must be a better way to keep updated on market movements and therefore, starting building a site with simple price alerts. 

Over the years that followed, more and more users organically began using the CoinMarketAlert and requesting additional features and what you have now is a community driven developed platform. Today, CoinMarketAlert is still self funded and has tens of thousands of registered users and is tracking over 11 million dollars in users portfolios.
